About
About Mostly Mended
Most of us aren't broken. We're not finished either.
We're somewhere in the middle: still a little sore from the friendship that faded, still learning how to say what we need, still figuring out who we are now that we've outgrown who we used to be.
Mostly Mended is for that middle.
It started with a simple idea: that being a work in progress isn't something to hide. The stitches show, and that's the point. They're proof you've been through something and you're still holding together.
Here you'll find honest, everyday perspective on love, friendship, family, letting go, and the relationship you have with yourself. No quick fixes. No pretending anyone has it all figured out. Just reminders, one day at a time, that you're doing better than you think.
What Mostly Mended is, and isn't
Mostly Mended offers coaching perspective and reflection. It isn't therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you're struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional, and if you're in crisis, call or text 988.
You're doing better than you think.
